Ensuring abuse notifications are received

Posted:  May 14th, 2018

The following are recommendations to ensure you receive KEKhost/KEKhosting's Abuse and Security notifications:

1) Add additional contact email addresses to your customer profile. Please refer to this article which explains how to manage your contacts: Information on Contact Types

2) Avoid exclusively using email addresses that are hosted on your server for your contacts. If the mail service is jammed because of spam or the server is suspended you will not receive our abuse notifications.

3) Ensure that the email addresses provided in your account profile are valid and the mail boxes are not at capacity.

4) Ensure those email addresses are monitored and checked regularly.

5) Ensure that our email address abuse@kekhost.com is added to your email client whitelist. For more information on how to whitelist a sender email address in different security software or email clients, please consult the following link: http://support2.constantcontact.com/articles/FAQ/2753
