Having difficulties sending mail messages but incoming ones are received, what is the problem?

If you are having challenges sending mail messages but not with the incoming ones, this is the likely reason and its resolution.

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking you from using anyone's outgoing mail servers but theirs only. Most ISPs will block outgoing emails on their network if they suspect the user's main purpose is for spamming meaning sending of unwarranted/unsolicited email messages. You will still be able to send emails provided you are using their own outgoing mail servers.

Every ISP's outgoing mail server address is different, but for the most part, this is what it will be for example MAIL.YOURISPNAME.NET (i.e. mail.verizon.net). We recommend contacting your Internet provider to find out their outgoing mail server address if you are still experiencing difficulties sending emails.

This is the end of the tutorial.
