Rapid Response Service Options

 

KEKhost/KEKhosting offers a flexible and efficient Rapid Response service for server monitoring. Our Nagios-based monitoring system pro-actively alerts our Systems Administrator team of any critical system downtime within 15 minutes or sooner. The service includes an immediate restart of any failed systems, rebooting servers and personalized notifications. If you require an investigation to determine what caused the problem, please open a ticket.

 

This service is available for Linux and Windows servers and is customized by the server owner. Critical systems that can be monitored with this service include:

Monitoring of a website hosted on your server through a search and confirmation of a dedicated word or phrase. Example: Search for 'KEK Technology Inc.' on the page index.php within the kektech.net domain.
